The grand days of railway travel come to life aboard the Palace on Wheels. In immaculately refurbished gold-embossed carriages with liveried attendants, you make a stately progress through northern India, visiting some of the most famous, as well as many less well-known places, en route.
The 14 luxuriously decorated air-conditioned carriages have private salons with attached bath or shower rooms and a mini pantry for hot and cold beverages. Other carriages include a well-stocked library, lounge bar and two restaurants serving Indian and Continental cuisine.
